Premium opens the regional atlas, broader geography menus across the atlas and dataset, research-ready files with fractional adjustment, backweighting, and population adjustment, and micro-scale analysis down to 100m grid cells where the release supports it.
Pro adds city-level atlas access, the widest geography coverage across the atlas and dataset, backweighted and population-adjusted outputs, INPADOC-family delivery, ONOMAP2 name mapping for proximity, and API or bulk export for production workflows.
A filterable catalogue for raw records, atlas panels, and reference layers. The long-run plan is for the same filters to drive both the website and the production API.

The public downloads endpoint already accepts query, knowledge type, scale, kind, format, and sort parameters, so the UI can stay aligned with the long-run API shape.
Public samples are intentionally restrained; the catalogue is designed to foreground filtering and schema discovery rather than a large wall of downloads.

The current release is seeded from green-innov outputs, but the catalogue language is aligned to the broader Atlas of Technological Capabilities.
Public samples are marked explicitly so the catalogue stays browsable rather than becoming a wall of files.
